Fulfillment Policy

1. Shipping Options: Deliveries are on Thursdays durning the season. Expect boxes to arrive mid morning to mid afternoon. If picking up your box from the farm, the boxes will be ready in the morning and waiting in the cold cooler in the barn for you to pick up.

2. Shipping Restrictions: We limit home deliveries to within the Chippewa Valley near Eau Claire. We reserve the right to cancel any home deliveries made outside our delivery area. If you live too far away for the home delivery option, you can choose to pick up your box from SHIFT or at the farm.

3. Returns: Due to the perishable nature of vegetables we do not accept returns. We are dedicated to providing the best produce possible. If an item or items don’t look great, contact us at the farm and we will work to remedy the issue together.

4. Cancelations: If you wish to cancel your subscription, that is alright. We will refund the remaining portion of the share at a prorated basis.
